At Another Appetizer, we use oyster shells to rate our dining experiences. Why oysters? They represent something special - a treat, a celebration, a moment worth savoring. Our ratings reflect the overall experience, not just the food.

A truly memorable dining experience. Outstanding food, excellent service, and an atmosphere that elevates the meal. These are the places we can't stop talking about and will return to again and again. Reserved for restaurants that exceed expectations in every way.

A reliably excellent choice. The food is consistently good, service is attentive, and the overall experience is enjoyable. We'd happily recommend these restaurants and look forward to returning. Minor imperfections don't detract from a great meal.
🦪🦪 2 Shells - Good
A solid option with some standout qualities. Maybe the food was good but service was lacking, or the atmosphere was better than the menu. Worth visiting for specific dishes or occasions, but not our first choice for a special night out.
🦪 1 Shell - Fair
Below average overall. While there may be redeeming qualities, significant issues with food, service, or value prevented us from enjoying the experience. We likely won't return, but your experience may differ.
